International Students
If you’re an international student coming to study at Leiden university and you’re unsure what you need to do or where you need to go, we would recommend visiting the University’s “Prepare your stay” checklist page. This has some very useful resources to make sure that your arrival is as smooth as possible, including on your visa, your health insurance, registering with your local council, finding a doctor and dentist, etc.
Public transit
If you’re an international student you may find that public transport gets expensive quickly. You might be able to get some good discounts at Student Mobility (We’re not sponsored, we promise).
Besides this, you might be entitled to a student travel pass.
