Bylaws / Statutes
The union is legally an association under Dutch law and is therefore required to have a set of Statutes, which have been checked and signed by a notary. This means that the union is legally bound to follow these rules. The statutes can be found here.
Regulations
Under the union’s statutes it is possible for the General Assembly to vote on and pass a set of regulations, which further clarifies and binds the union and its members. Regulations can always be changed or overturned by a subsequent GA. The regulations can be found here.
Membership
As a member of the union, you must agree to follow and be bound by the statutes and regulations.
